Fantastic treatment from Chantal: I had a stiff neck/shoulder for longer than I can remember, to the point I had learned to live with it. However the accompanying headaches were becoming more frequent and so my wife persuaded me to book an initial appointment with Chantal. This was spent identifying the root cause, which identified a number of connected issues. Over the course of a further 6 or 7 sessions the treatment was focussed more and more on specific areas, and I’m now fixed! No more aches, sharp pain, tightness or headaches, and if I do feel it start to come on, I have the home exercises that I can deploy, which sees it off. Visited the Osteopathic centre yesterday. Thorough check of leg/ankle problem - but affected by pain from side-growing large toenail thought to be the root cause of the pain and nerve.
Will seek correction via chiropodist to rectify which may avoid further problems.

I booked in to see Ed for Osteopathy as a new patient in order to address a number of issues I have been suffering with for years. I was very impressed with my initial visit with Ed where he took his time to find out about my historical issues, following which he made a start on investigating my current situation. After just the initial visit I already have an improved mobility in my neck, and I am looking forward to my second visit with a view to continuing where he left off as well as investigating other troubled areas. The positive experience of my initial visit has given me confidence that Ed can make further improvements in order to improve my mobility and ultimately reduce my day to day pain.

I must say Rory is fantastic. He’s very strong and manages to fix my back every so often when it goes out of alignment. He also gives me stretches to do whilst I’m at home to help stretch my muscles. I’ve been using this clinic for over 10 years and won’t go anywhere else highly recommended.

I have been getting treament here for a number of years. I have found the service to be genuinely helpful at a reasonable cost. Edward always asks about my life and what is happening with me as he takes an holistic approach to treatment. I was lucky to get an emergency slot with Chantelle on Saturday, after having a week long pain in my left hip. She noticed my problem, and gave her expert advice and knowledge along with helping to alleviate the problem. Trochantereric bursitis.
She managed to soothe a lot of the pain away in my muscles and I could walk out a lot easier than when I walked in. It may take some more visits, but it will be worth it.k

Ed has been amazing! I visited in real pain a few weeks ago, having returned from holiday with excruciating back pain. First ever experience with back pain and osteopathy! Having just had my second session with Rory, I cannot recommend him highly enough. Having struggled with my hips / IT bands / Glutes for over a year, I went to see Rory following a recommendation from my wife. I am already seeing / feeling the difference with my mobility and generally feeling less tension.
Rory explains the process brilliantly and has provided me with a number of exercises to continue at home, to focus on the areas aligned to my treatment.
My biggest regret is not having done this sooner.

I had cause to visit an osteopath to sort out an issue with my lower back and a problem with my neck. Fareham Osteopathic Centre was recommended to me and I gave them a call. I was able to get an appointment within a week with Edward and within the one hour appointment was able to resolve both issues! Had 20yrs of back pain in my job as a sales rep. Eventually slipping my disc L1 S1 and a hard road to recovery. Wind fwd a few yrs. Different job and just done with life changing back pain. First visit Cain pin pointed the problem area and 25 mins later my back was re aligned for the first time in 25 yrs!!! Was literally first visit and wow sorted. I had my first session with Cain last week and will definitely be going back! Very knowledgeable and empathetic and my back felt quite a lot better after my treatment.

I saw Rory as I had pain in my knee and couldn't straighten my leg, plus was on crutches. Rory explained everything that he did and why he was doing it and what he hoped could be achieved. Since having the treatment, and doing the exercises I was given, the pain has eased and I am only using one crutch. Thank you for your help.

I was in utter agony with spasms going up my back, but after one appointment with Cain, who diagnosed a twisted muscle and treated it accordingly, the pain had gone and I could move properly again. I felt really listened to and after one session, the pain in my hips had diminished significantly.

Recently had an appointment with Cain, after suffering months with deep groin pain, and lower back pain. He instantly made me feel relaxed after feeling nervous as i had never seen someone about it before.
He explained what the pain could be and explained what he will do whilst in my appointment. He gave me a deep tissue massage and then twisted my body , explained aftercare but instantly felt different. No deep pains , was instant relief, asked to come back 1 week later to check up on me,which i did, have had no pain since, it truly is a miracle and wished i never left it so long. Cain checked my back over and was extremely pleased that no extra treatment was needed. I felt like i wasted an appointment but he was extremely kind and very pleased to hear i had no more pain. 5 star service in kindness patience and treatment. Would highly recommend.

I had a lower back problem and I was recommended by a friend to go and see Cain Sedgwick.
The pain in the lower back was very painful and had stopped me doing keep fit sessions.
After one session I felt so must better. Cain told me to put a cold compress on the area but not directly on the skin for 15 mins every hour when possible. This I was to do for 48 hrs.
After three I was back doing the keep fit sessions.

Edward and Cain took on the challenge to fix a seized neck muscle. Several visits later and problem resolved! Really happy with outcome, they were fast, professional and provided a great service and ultimately resolved the problem. Many thanks gents!

I had been suffering with on and off back pain for a little while in 2022, but at beginning of December 2022 I woke up and I was unable to move or put any pressure on my left leg due to the amount of pain in my back. I had seen multiple physiotherapists and chiropractors but nothing seemed to work. Then I found out about IDD Therapy and that it was a service offered by Fareham Osteopathic Centre. I emailed and got a swift response from Cain, who explained the therapy and arranged an MRI scan to assess the issues I was having with my back. I have since had more than 10 sessions on the IDD machine and it has given me vast improvements. I am now back to walking almost perfectly and my pain level has dropped significantly to the point I have been able to return to work after 4 months off. I cannot recommend Cain and the Fareham Osteopathic Centre enough, they're all such nice and welcoming people.

Edward Adams was very good for me.
I was suffering from, a lot of pain, in both my legs, due getting cramp, in the calf & thigh muscle.
After a session with Edward, he relieved me from the pain, that I was getting, from my legs
Also I was getting a lot of ache & pain in my right arm.
That Edward said, was due to a trapped nerve in my neck.
Again after a session with Edward, he relieved me from the pain, that I was getting from my right arm.
I can not rate Edward, highly enough for the, amount of pain relief, he gave to me.

I have had three appointments with Edward over the last two months to help with pain from an arthritic spine.
After each appointment my pain level improved and I will have regular top up sessions going forward. I have been really impressed with the level of care and courtesy at each session.

Had a full body massage by Janette Andrews yesterday. I wasn't feeling on top form so Jan used her scented oils to relate to my symptoms. Jan carried out a really good massage and I was truly pampered with heated bed and sensual music. I recently completed a program of IDD therapy . I had a hip replacement , followed by DVT caused by the surgery. After the DVT, I developed acute sciatica. MRI scans revealed a herniated disc in my lumber spine.I was desperate to avoid surgery and was lucky to find Fareham Osteopathic who are specialists in IDD therapy. When I arrived at the clinic I was walking with a stick and in significant pain. After only one session I was walking without the stick. The change to my condition was amazing. After popping a rib and trapping a nerve..i needed to find a good ostheopath fast. I had used a few different ones before, but this one was recommended but several folks after i asked for recommendations. Well my issue was resolved fully and very professionally. Also included sensitive cranial work. I had a extensive 1st appointment, my body felt back to a good 80percent amd i was able to sleep pain free again. I had a herniated disc in my neck which for 2 months caused me constant pain in my back, side and all the way down my left arm. I was at my wits end as sleep was nearly impossible. I could lift any significant weight on my left side too and life was just miserable and difficult.
Despite having seen a chiropractor a number of times it wasn't improving. Luckily I found Fareham Osteopathic Centre and Edward. He was extremely thorough in his assessment and then set about helping me immediately. After the first pain-free treatment I felt 80% better and the relief was amazing. I was given specific exercises to do which also helped from the get-go then return a few weeks later for a follow up and have been 100% better since. I have returned to weight training now with no ill effects and sleeps like a baby again.
I was also impressed how there was no attempt to continue my treatment unnecessarily. I have recommended Fareham Osteopathic Centre and Edward to a number of friends and colleagues as a 'preventative measure' as he also Identified and fixed a few issues that I didn't even realise I had going on until he fixed them.

All in all I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The treatment was inexpensive and ended a truly miserable period of constant pain.

I was in severe pain from my shoulder to my elbow. I was in so much pain I couldn't eat or drink over Christmas.
I saw Edward Adams on 28th December, and after a consultation and some manipulation, the pain had subsided considerably, and I was able to enjoy the new year. I was still in a little pain but I could have a drink.
I when back on 4th January for some more manipulation and now I'm pain free!
Edward is very professional, courteous, and honest. He didn't try to enroll me on 5 or 10 unnecessary appointments. Edward just said that there is no need to come back unless I have more issues.

This was my first visit to an osteopath After having issues with my lower back and legs.

I have 2 very old spinal injuries, and 2 lumbar vertebrae naturally fused more than a decade ago, so it isn't surprising I have a problem with my back. I first saw Edward last year (2021) and I am extremely happy that I found someone who is excellent and gentle, which makes me feel very safe. Very thorough and went through full history to help decide the best treatment course, made me feel comfortable at every stage of treatment.

I was in a lot of pain and discomfort in my neck and back due to an injury after lifting.

On the first session Edward talked through and looked at the areas where I was experiencing pain and then worked out a plan of action.

Edward gently moved the injured joints working through the areas of discomfort and helpfully suggested some exercises after the first session.

After working from home hunched over at a laptop for the last 2 years, I had developed some pain in my middle back area. I managed to book an appointment online with Ed within a couple of days of deciding to go in for treatment. Not only did he help with the issues with my back he also worked on my neck which I hadn't realised was so bad, I honestly felt 2 inches taller when I left, my husband even commented on how different my posture looked after the appointment.
Ed also provided me with some strengthening exercises and recommendations for reducing pain in the future.

I was suffering from severe back pain from my midriff that was most evident when going from a sitting to a standing position. I was becoming unbearable and a friend recommended see an osteopath, something I had always been somewhat sceptical about. I booked an appointment with Edward Adams who took details about my general health and just about everything else in my life.
Then the magic began.
He made various checks and started the bending & clicking stuff you hear about.
He said I might be sore the next day and that was certainly correct, but as time went on, I had no more pain. In fact I was feeling better than I had for years. A few weeks on and things are still great.

After many weeks of severe shoulder pain and with little or no help from the NHS I booked an appointment with Edward Adams.
After filling in a comprehensive health questionnaire Edward then proceeded to manipulate and massage my shoulder.
The following day I woke up with no ache, no pain and full use of my arm and shoulder. After approximately 2 months I am still pain free. Should the symptoms ever return I will have no hesitation in booking another appointment.

Excellent treatment provided by Edward over 3 visits . My shoulder is feeling much better, & it has greatly improved my mobility . Well done.

Seriously I did (as warned) ache for a day or so in one area in particular (collarblade) after the massage, but after that felt really great.

Also and credit - when asked when I should have a potential follow up, Millie was honest enough to say its not something needed on a regular occasion but on a as and when you feel you need it basis.

I was seen by osteopath Edward Adams. He talked me through each stage of the consultation and treatment so that I was fully aware of what was happening. He also suggested a way forward to deal with my arthritic hip joint. I felt in very safe and competent hands.

I was not sleeping, I couldn't sit down comfortably and was in a great deal of pain.
A local company couldn't fit me in so I tried the Fareham Osteopathic centre. Making the appointment was quick and easy.
I saw Edward Adams who took a thorough history and asked pertinent questions about my pain. He was then able to see exactly where the pain was and the reasons for it.
He eased the muscles until my pain receded and gave me exercises to do. I visited twice more, the pain has turned into a dull ache and is getting better every day.

I had been having trouble with my left hip and lower back for many years ,having tried Co-codamol and Zapain which didn't really help, I also tried acupuncture many times without success. I made an appointment to see him and after some routine medical health questions, Cain started manipulating the muscles around my left hip and found that I had displaced a bone, he rectified this and when I got off the table it was just as if I was walking on air, and the pain had gone.

I have been attending this osteopath surgery on and off for approx 30 years have seen several osteopaths that have either retired or moved on. But have only seen Cain on three occasions recently ,and can only say how friendly he is and how makes you feel so relaxed, I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone who requires treatment.

I had injured my back in the garden and was prescribed strong pain relief from the GP and an appointment in five weeks to speak to a Muscular-skeletal (MSK) practitioner. I started to slowly get better, then one morning awoke in more pain and very difficult to stand up or sit down with the pain now in spasms. Knowing I wouldn't get help from the GP until Monday I contacted the Osteopathic centre. They were able to see me that day. I went from all lot of pain and stiffness that day to being able to stand upright with the pain much reduced (I was amazed at the difference!) My medical history was noted first and I was then examined before lying on the treatment couch. I was massaged, stretched (gently) and held in different positions to manipulate the muscles and joints. I was sometimes uncomfortable but the therapist explained everything he was doing. I was given a couple of exercises to do at home. As explained by the therapist I was a bit sore for a couple of days afterwards but gradually able to move easier. A second session helped even more and the manipulation released a joint which made a noise! Again I was a bit sore for a couple of days but am now feeling much better. The GP allocated MSK practitioner has since given me exercises to do to continue with improving my flexibility in the back. I would definitely recommend this practice and wouldn't hesitate to return myself if needed in the future.

Painful neck/shoulder since august, sorted out in two visits

Cain came to the rescue for what was an incredibly sore neck and shoulder. The flexibility you have with Cain and being able to book online is second to none and backed up by excellent treatment and after-treatment advice with a view to a long term (pain free) solution.

I initially visited Edward in a fair amount of pain despite having been a regular visitor to a local chiropractor. After my first session , my week long migraine dissipated and my muscular tension was relieved massively. By my third session I am no longer in pain and we have agreed that my treatment can be more maintenance as and when I feel I need to rather than constant weekly appointments. I feel much happier with my body, more in control of my treatment and less like I’m constrained by a pre payment treatment plan! I have been using Cain's service for a couple of years now. I have used other osteopaths in the past but Cain seems to have exceptional abilities that rank way higher than any of the other osteopath's I have used.

I have always found Cain to be friendly, personable and highly efficient at what he does.
The man is like some kind of magician with X-ray vision and he is truly gifted in the art of osteopathy.
The massage Cain gives is always deep and effective, releasing tension within the muscle, which ensures a smooth and successful adjustment. I've seen him for several different back issues. Rib out, t4 issue, neck, pelvis issues and currently lower back issues/sciatica. He is the only osteopath I've seen who can diagnose the issue within moment's - that'll be thanks to the X-ray vision! There is no dithering or uncertainty. Just instant clarity, no nonsense - straight down to business and the issues is resolved in 1 session, much of the time.
He talks you through the process and puts you completely at ease. After being somewhat a nervous client initially. I now have complete faith and trust whilst in Cains capable hands. He ALWAYS painlessly sorts whatever the issue and gets me pain free and mobile again.

Whilst I was away visiting family, I had a need to see an Osteopath. I had never been to this one before, however they managed to book me in at short notice.
I found Cain to be very professional and put me at ease straight away. After only one treatment I noticed a significant improvement in my back pain. I had a follow up appointment 1 week later and now my back pain is very much improved.
I would recommend Cain if you have back pain or discomfort.

I found this Osteopathic centre when I found myself struggling with on-going neck, shoulder and upper back issues which were causing dizziness and discomfort.
I had been to a couple of chiropractors initially who kept cracking my joints but not relieving any of the pain for longer than a day, so decided to try an osteopath instead where I came across Cain.
He immediately made me feel at ease, very chatty and really takes time to explain what he finds wrong and what he will do to help correct it.
He gave the most amazing massage and in one session has certainly improved the issues and I look forward to my second visit and I hope further improvements.

Outstanding! If you're thinking of booking an appointment then don't hesitate just do it! After suffering for years with various chronic back and neck pains, my spine and neck had got to the point of feeling 'fused' and I had limited movement in my neck. I've tried chiropractors, sports massages and physios in the past all with limited results and nothing long lasting. Cain came highly recommended and quickly diagnosed a slipped rib. After treatment my back and neck both felt so much better and my sleep that night was amazing. A week later I had a second treatment and I am completely amazed by the difference it has made. I plan to return for maintenance treatment in the future but I'm shocked how quickly this has made a difference to my life. I saw Julia Ellis recently as I had been suffering with my back, neck and shoulders for several weeks and could no longer cope with the headache I was experiencing. The clinic was able to fit me in very quickly. The receptionist was very friendly and I felt confident about their COVID-19 protocols. Julia was very professional and she asked lots of questions and I really felt that she listened. She treated me and gave me some very good advice on how to help myself at home. I have had one consultation, with Richard, for neck and upper back pain. After an update of my personal details, Richard asked questions about my symptoms, etc and after examining me he explained where the pain was coming from and why and explained that he would do massage on my neck and back. He sent me home with a promise to email a sheet of daily exercises to do, and said not to hesitate to ring for a further appointment should I feel the need. Next day I felt very much freer and realised I was standing upright! I have done the daily exercises and find I can turn my head further round before it becomes painful. After two weeks of the exercises I am going to ring the Practice for a further appointment with Richard, but I must say I am quite pleased with the results so far.

I went to see Cain with nerve damage in the back which was effecting both my legs and causing severe pain in my lower back, After 3 sessions the leg pains had gone and the pain in my back had greatly reduced. Very pleased with my progress.

I’ve been going to different osteopaths over the last 25 years for a fibromyalgia and a few other issues, where ever I have moved to . Moved down here a little while ago and so far I’ve had treatment from Richard who knows all the techniques from the industry and does go in-depth if needed . He has gained another customer while I’m based in Hampshire. Or should I have left negative feedback so they don’t get too busy lol so there never booked up to much in advance lol . Either way he knows what he is doing .

The consultation is comprehensive and the follow up emails with the exercise schedules are really high quality. There are videos that remind you how to do each exercise properly and this is really helpful. You can tell that these osteopaths are highly trained and really care.

My partner suggested I make an appointment at this Osteopathic centre as they may be able to help more than taking pain killers from the dr

REFLEXOLOGY- AMAZING FEELING

Having never had Reflexology before I was a bit sceptical, particularly as I hate having my feet touched. However, Janette made me feel very comfortable and told me what she was going to do.
At no stage was the treatment painful apart from when she picked up that I had an issue with my back, without telling her this, I thought, "very clever!!".
The whole session felt amazing and I've had the best weeks sleep I've had in years.
If you're sceptical about reflexology, don't be, Janette is a real star. Can't recommend highly enough.

I had my first Osteopath session with Cain today at his home, I’ve never visited an osteopath before and was anxious about what it would entail. Ordinarily I would seek to use a female practitioner, however, Cain came recommended to me. He instantly made me feel at ease and clearly explained what treatment I needed and why. Having seen many physio and chiropractic practitioners over the years, I was really impressed with the way Nathan conducted my initial assessment and first treatment session. My first consultation with Nathan was excellent, he took lots of time to listen to my issues, made lengthy notes and even began to treat my lower back pain. I was in absolute agony with my lower back when I found Fareham Osteopathic Clinic online - due to already great reviews. I decided to try osteopathy after back strain caused by heavy gardening left me in severe discomfort. After the first session with Richard I was much more mobile, and two further sessions improved the situation further, as well as introducing exercises which have helped with other long-term back problems. My neck has been blocked up for two years now. Mostly to the point I could not turn my head left or right and was probably unsafe to operate a car. The pain was enormous everyday. I had been to other osteos, chiropractors, physio, GP, acupuncturist, massage no one could move my neck. On the off chance I decided to try CAIN SEDGWICK at Fareham Osteopathic Centre because it is close to where I live and I was desperate. HE IS AMAZING! I am not entirely sure how he did it but he actually straightened my neck in a couple of moves and made it look easy. I am truly utterly grateful and I feel great today. I will be going back on the regular from now on.

Cain Sedgwick was recommended by a friend of mine, who had known Cain professionally for some years. It was the best recommendation I could have had. I have been undergoing painful shoulders for 9 months referring to my upper arms. In that time I have had private and NHS Physiotherapy with little pain relief. Fantastic treatment from Chantal: I had a stiff neck/shoulder for longer than I can remember, to the point I had learned to live with it. However the accompanying headaches were becoming more frequent and so my wife persuaded me to book an initial appointment with Chantal. This was spent identifying the root cause, which identified a number of connected issues. Over the course of a further 6 or 7 sessions the treatment was focussed more and more on specific areas, and I’m now fixed! No more aches, sharp pain, tightness or headaches, and if I do feel it start to come on, I have the home exercises that I can deploy, which sees it off. Visited the Osteopathic centre yesterday. Thorough check of leg/ankle problem - but affected by pain from side-growing large toenail thought to be the root cause of the pain and nerve.
Will seek correction via chiropodist to rectify which may avoid further problems.

I booked in to see Ed for Osteopathy as a new patient in order to address a number of issues I have been suffering with for years. I was very impressed with my initial visit with Ed where he took his time to find out about my historical issues, following which he made a start on investigating my current situation. After just the initial visit I already have an improved mobility in my neck, and I am looking forward to my second visit with a view to continuing where he left off as well as investigating other troubled areas. The positive experience of my initial visit has given me confidence that Ed can make further improvements in order to improve my mobility and ultimately reduce my day to day pain.

I have been getting treament here for a number of years. I have found the service to be genuinely helpful at a reasonable cost. Edward always asks about my life and what is happening with me as he takes an holistic approach to treatment. I was lucky to get an emergency slot with Chantelle on Saturday, after having a week long pain in my left hip. She noticed my problem, and gave her expert advice and knowledge along with helping to alleviate the problem. Trochantereric bursitis.
She managed to soothe a lot of the pain away in my muscles and I could walk out a lot easier than when I walked in. It may take some more visits, but it will be worth it.k

Ed has been amazing! I visited in real pain a few weeks ago, having returned from holiday with excruciating back pain. First ever experience with back pain and osteopathy! Excellent session as usual with Ed. The intensive manipulation of my neck and shoulder muscles increased the suppleness and gave me more pain less movement.

Having just had my second session with Rory, I cannot recommend him highly enough. Having struggled with my hips / IT bands / Glutes for over a year, I went to see Rory following a recommendation from my wife. I am already seeing / feeling the difference with my mobility and generally feeling less tension.
Rory explains the process brilliantly and has provided me with a number of exercises to continue at home, to focus on the areas aligned to my treatment.
My biggest regret is not having done this sooner.

Had 20yrs of back pain in my job as a sales rep. Eventually slipping my disc L1 S1 and a hard road to recovery. Wind fwd a few yrs. Different job and just done with life changing back pain. First visit Cain pin pointed the problem area and 25 mins later my back was re aligned for the first time in 25 yrs!!! Was literally first visit and wow sorted. I had my first session with Cain last week and will definitely be going back! Very knowledgeable and empathetic and my back felt quite a lot better after my treatment.

I saw Rory as I had pain in my knee and couldn't straighten my leg, plus was on crutches. Rory explained everything that he did and why he was doing it and what he hoped could be achieved. I was in utter agony with spasms going up my back, but after one appointment with Cain, who diagnosed a twisted muscle and treated it accordingly, the pain had gone and I could move properly again. Although a follow-up appointment with Cain’s colleague Ed proved not to be needed, I was very happy to be given the all-clear with just a short consultation. The whole process of dealing with Cain and his team, from booking (and having to change) the first appointment, to receiving treatment, was absolutely first-class, and I would recommend their services to anyone.

I began seeing Edward due to ongoing hip pain.
I felt really listened to and after one session, the pain in my hips had diminished significantly.
The third appointment was also scheduled to look at hips / back but I’d been suffering with a headache for days. Again, Edward really listened and suggested he work on the neck / head. The relief was instant. Thank you.

Attended because I had severe knee pain and Cain quickly identified the problem and started treatment. He gave me lots of advice on how I could help myself, for which I was very grateful. Recently had an appointment with Cain, after suffering months with deep groin pain, and lower back pain. He instantly made me feel relaxed after feeling nervous as i had never seen someone about it before.
He explained what the pain could be and explained what he will do whilst in my appointment. He gave me a deep tissue massage and then twisted my body , explained aftercare but instantly felt different. No deep pains , was instant relief, asked to come back 1 week later to check up on me,which i did, have had no pain since, it truly is a miracle and wished i never left it so long. Cain checked my back over and was extremely pleased that no extra treatment was needed. I felt like i wasted an appointment but he was extremely kind and very pleased to hear i had no more pain. 5 star service in kindness patience and treatment. Would highly recommend.

I had a lower back problem and I was recommended by a friend to go and see Cain Sedgwick.
The pain in the lower back was very painful and had stopped me doing keep fit sessions.
After one session I felt so must better. Cain told me to put a cold compress on the area but not directly on the skin for 15 mins every hour when possible. This I was to do for 48 hrs.
After three I was back doing the keep fit sessions.

Edward and Cain took on the challenge to fix a seized neck muscle. Several visits later and problem resolved! Really happy with outcome, they were fast, professional and provided a great service and ultimately resolved the problem. Many thanks gents!

I had been suffering with on and off back pain for a little while in 2022, but at beginning of December 2022 I woke up and I was unable to move or put any pressure on my left leg due to the amount of pain in my back. I had seen multiple physiotherapists and chiropractors but nothing seemed to work. Then I found out about IDD Therapy and that it was a service offered by Fareham Osteopathic Centre. I emailed and got a swift response from Cain, who explained the therapy and arranged an MRI scan to assess the issues I was having with my back. I have since had more than 10 sessions on the IDD machine and it has given me vast improvements. I am now back to walking almost perfectly and my pain level has dropped significantly to the point I have been able to return to work after 4 months off. I cannot recommend Cain and the Fareham Osteopathic Centre enough, they're all such nice and welcoming people.

Edward Adams was very good for me.
I was suffering from, a lot of pain, in both my legs, due getting cramp, in the calf & thigh muscle.
After a session with Edward, he relieved me from the pain, that I was getting, from my legs
Also I was getting a lot of ache & pain in my right arm.
That Edward said, was due to a trapped nerve in my neck.
Again after a session with Edward, he relieved me from the pain, that I was getting from my right arm.
I can not rate Edward, highly enough for the, amount of pain relief, he gave to me.

I have had three appointments with Edward over the last two months to help with pain from an arthritic spine.
After each appointment my pain level improved and I will have regular top up sessions going forward. I have been really impressed with the level of care and courtesy at each session.

Complicated issue with hip and neck which has been long standing. Ed has got to the root of the problem and I finally feel that the issues are being resolved and am on my way to being pain free!

Had a full body massage by Janette Andrews yesterday. I wasn't feeling on top form so Jan used her scented oils to relate to my symptoms. Jan carried out a really good massage and I was truly pampered with heated bed and sensual music. I recently completed a program of IDD therapy . I had a hip replacement , followed by DVT caused by the surgery. After the DVT, I developed acute sciatica. MRI scans revealed a herniated disc in my lumber spine.I was desperate to avoid surgery and was lucky to find Fareham Osteopathic who are specialists in IDD therapy. When I arrived at the clinic I was walking with a stick and in significant pain. After only one session I was walking without the stick. The change to my condition was amazing. I have to thank Cain and Ed , and I would have no hesitation in recommending this therapy to all those who are suffering in silence.

After popping a rib and trapping a nerve..i needed to find a good ostheopath fast. I had used a few different ones before, but this one was recommended but several folks after i asked for recommendations. Well my issue was resolved fully and very professionally. Also included sensitive cranial work. I had a extensive 1st appointment, my body felt back to a good 80percent amd i was able to sleep pain free again. I had a herniated disc in my neck which for 2 months caused me constant pain in my back, side and all the way down my left arm. I was at my wits end as sleep was nearly impossible. I could lift any significant weight on my left side too and life was just miserable and difficult.
Despite having seen a chiropractor a number of times it wasn't improving. Luckily I found Fareham Osteopathic Centre and Edward. He was extremely thorough in his assessment and then set about helping me immediately. After the first pain-free treatment I felt 80% better and the relief was amazing. I was given specific exercises to do which also helped from the get-go then return a few weeks later for a follow up and have been 100% better since. I have returned to weight training now with no ill effects and sleeps like a baby again.
I was also impressed how there was no attempt to continue my treatment unnecessarily. I have recommended Fareham Osteopathic Centre and Edward to a number of friends and colleagues as a 'preventative measure' as he also Identified and fixed a few issues that I didn't even realise I had going on until he fixed them.

All in all I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The treatment was inexpensive and ended a truly miserable period of constant pain.

I have been to see Ed on three occasions now, he has really helped relieve the sinus pressure in my head and to alleviate some of the tension in my neck. I highly recommend him, he has shown such compassion and competence that has definitely aided my healing.
