My name is Cain Sedgwick and I am the owner and Expert Osteopathic Practitioner at Fareham Osteopathic Centre.

I took over Fareham Osteopathic Centre nearly nine years ago now. After training to become an Osteopath at the College of Osteopaths in North London, I have grown my level of expertise in the field over the last 19 years. This has not only improved my own specialised skills, but I also use my own experience to help drive and support younger osteopaths in Osteopathy.

I specifically specialise in work related stress and tension by using a combination of manipulation, fluid/sinus drainage and deep muscle massage to the upper back, neck and shoulder muscles.
